Labplas TWIRL'EM® Sterile Sampling Bags provide a secure, contaminant-free pliant container that ensures dependable analysis results. These sterile bags are used for environmental sampling (surface samples), carcass sampling, biomedical and pharmaceutical research, quality assurance procedures (QA/QC), food industry applications and clinical and veterinary medicine. Labplas TWIRL'EM® Sterile Sampling Bags comply with regulatory and industry requirements: EPA (US Environment Protection Agency) FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) USDA (US Department of Agriculture) HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) Labplas TWIRL'EM® Sterile Sampling Bags are made with highly resistant FDA approved virgin polyethylene tubing which eliminates side seals and ensures maximum bag mouth opening to facilitate sample insertion. The polyethylene tubing is extruded at 240 Celsius, which guaranties internal sterility. Equally important, the inside is never exposed to the environment during our production process. TWIRL'EM® Sterile Sampling Bags come with a range of different closure systems: the standard version with two round wires; 1 round and 1 flat wire; or for large and heavy bags, a very strong closure consisting of 2 flat wires. Samples can be dispensed at intervals as fast as 1 second without compromising accuracy or reproducibility. The slender body of the Labpette™ R fits comfortably in the natural contour of your hand. The plunger is located on the top of the unit, like that of a standard pipettor, for easy access and reduction of hand strain. The Labpette™ R is simple to use - select the appropriate tip and lock in place. Then choose the desired volume setting with the click stop adjustment dial and fill the tip with the required volume using the sliding fill lever. To dispense, depress the plunger. For convenience, a chart showing the volume dispensed for each tip size and dial position is located on the body of the pipettor. The Labpette™ R performs best when used with Labnet's BioFree™ dispenser syringe tips.
