The stainless steel 100mm IOB probe cap seal is manufactured from 316L stainless steel and has a red-silicone sealing gasket with a 100mm blue polypropylene screw cap. The stainless steel probe cap seal has four accessory ports surrounding a centrally located internal impeller assembly. Two of these ports have a white silicone plug inside a threaded cap that acts as a compression fitting for probe insertion. The other ports accept accessories using the same silicone compression plugs and threaded caps. These compression plugs make it easy to adjust the insertion length of probes or straight tubes depending upon the working volume of the bioreactor flask. The stainless steel cap seal, stainless steel PTFE impeller and all fittings are steam autoclavable. (1 per EA )

The Bellco Process Controlled Bottom Drive Roller Apparatus holds up to 50 (see specifications below) full size glass or plastic roller bottles (110 to 120 mm diameter and up to 510 mm in length). The unit features a brushless DC motor and controller that operate at bottle speeds ranging from 0.3 to 9.0 rpm with the ability to select clockwise or counter clockwise direction. Units feature brushless, maintenance-free DC motors with drive assemblies designed for quiet operation. Four corner bumpers and two locking castors (on the front wheel positions) are also provided. Rollers are easily removed for replacement by using the special tool provided with each unit. The Bellco Top Drive Roller Apparatus has been designed for production of animal cells, viruses and cell products. The unit accommodates 53 bottle positions with over 85,000 cm2 of surface area. Rollers have a key design to eliminate slipping and are easily removable for servicing of bearings. Rollers are formulated from a chemical-resistant non-slip EDPM. All units incorporate a solid state control with a brushless motor and controller, providing smooth operation and easy maintenance. All units feature rubber bumpers, handles, a slotted rear guard, and All Position Drive. The All Position Drive is designed to accommodate plastic roller bottles by preventing the slipping of the light-weight bottles. The Bellco Refrigerated Roll-In Incubators have 40 cubic feet of volume and are designed for use with Bellco’s Cell Production Roller Apparatus (CPRA). The flush-to-floor design allows easy movement of the CPRA in and out of the chamber. Four internal convenience outlets allow simple connection for internally placed appliances such as CPRA, Roller Drums, Magnetic Stirrers, etc. Shelf brackets are included for mounting optional shelves to hold these appliances. Fans take air from the chamber top, pass it over the 1100 watt heater and inject it into the chamber on the bottom back wall. When the refrigeration mode is active, the air is cooled using a thermoelectric cooler. A microprocessor temperature controller and membrane keypad allows simple setting and monitoring of chamber temperature. The control panel contains indicator lights and dials for controlling temperature. A safety thermostat is included to prevent over-temperature failures.
