The Bellco Cell Production Roller Apparatus has been designed for production of animal cells, viruses, and cell products. Modular units are available from 5 to 45 bottle positions and allow easy expansion with modular add-on decks. Non-modular production units come in 45 and 50 bottle positions with over 80,000 cm2 of surface area. Rollers have a key design to eliminate slipping and are easily removable for servicing of bearings. Rollers are formulated from a chemical-resistant non-slip EDPM. All units feature a solid state control with heavy-duty DC motor and digital display. All Position Drives are for use with plastic roller bottles to prevent slipping of the light-weight bottles. Roller Shaft Construction: Non-transferring chemical-resistant rubber rollers with key-shape. Clearance between Decks for Bottle Placement: 134 mm. Construction Material: Aluminum, enamel finish. Usable Roller Length: 51 cm. Brushless motor with controller for smooth operation and no maintenance. Easy-to-remove roller bar assembly (tool provided). Digital LCD display. Locking speed control knob. All position drives. Accepts all Bellco Roller Bottles (glass or plastic* in 110mm or 120mm diameter). Battery backup provides 18 hour service (typical at 2 RPM). Organic Chemistry Glassware sets are available in a standard set of 9 and a deluxe set of 16 pieces. The Standard set is designed to cover essential requirements for organic chemistry and is suitable for preparations up to 30g. All glassware is jointed. (1 per EA)

The stainless steel 100mm IOB probe cap seal is manufactured from 316L stainless steel and has a red-silicone sealing gasket with a 100mm blue polypropylene screw cap. The stainless steel probe cap seal has four accessory ports surrounding a centrally located internal impeller assembly. Two of these ports have a white silicone plug inside a threaded cap that acts as a compression fitting for probe insertion. The other ports accept accessories using the same silicone compression plugs and threaded caps. These compression plugs make it easy to adjust the insertion length of probes or straight tubes depending upon the working volume of the bioreactor flask. The stainless steel cap seal, stainless steel PTFE impeller and all fittings are steam autoclavable. (1 per EA )

Bellco Magnetic Stirrers are specifically designed for growing both mammalian and bacterial cultures where minimal heat transfer from the magnetic stirrer to the culture vessel is essential. They are ideal for tissue cultures grown in spinner flasks. Bellco incorporates low wattage DC motors to reduce stirrer heat up. Independent power and speed controls allow unit to maintain a speed setting when switched on and off. Powerful magnets rotate on ball bearing shafts for increased coupling and continuous maintenance free service. Polyurethane drive belts resist humidity and temperature.
