MTC Bio's disposable cuvettes are compatible with most popular spectrophotometers. Manufactured from high quality, optically clear polystyrene. They are intended for deteriminations in the 340 to 800nm (visible) wavelength range. Available in 3 sizes: 1.5mL micro, 2.5mL semi-micro and 4.5mL macro. All sizes are 12.5mm square, 45mm height and are compatible with various spectrophotometer models including: Carolina®, Spectronic®200, Spectronic®20 and 20D, Spectronic®Educator, Genesys™ and Accuris SmartDrop™. Our original cDNA Synthesis Kit is a 2-tube format for easy reaction set up and is ideal for 4pg to 0.5µg of input RNA. One tube includes our exceptionally stable Reverse Transcriptase combined with a potent RNAse inhibitor, and the other tube contains a (1 per EA)
