Alcohol, Anhydrous, Denatured, 200 Proof is ethanol that has added additives that render it undrinkable, bad tasting or even poisonous to discourage people from consuming it. The additives do not chemically change the alcohol and thus it is identical to a normal alcohol apart from it's smell, color and taste and can be used for the exact same purposes as normal alcohol. Sodium Hydroxide, Flakes, Technical is a highly caustic metallic base combined with alkali salt. Commonly known as Caustic soda, this inorganic compound is water soluble, as well as in ethanol and methanol. The dissolution of solid Sodium Hydroxide in water creates a highly exothermic reaction (creates a lot of heat).
