The Bellco Low Profile Brushless Digital Roller Drum Drive is an all purpose roller drum for blood, tissue culture, cells and virus applications. The standard speed ranges are 0.5 to 15 and 2 to 60 RPM with other speed ranges available as custom items. Two drums are available with capacity of 106 tubes of 18 mm diameters, or 60 tubes of 25 mm diameter. (Drum & tubes sold separately) (1 per EA )

The Bellco Digital Bench-top Roller Apparatus holds 10 glass or plastic roller bottles (110 to 120 mm diameter and up to 22.5 cm in length). The unit features a heavy-duty DC motor and solid-state electronics that operate at bottle speeds ranging from 0.30 to 10.0 rpm with the ability to select clockwise or counter clockwise direction. The digital display panel has a 0.55” LED for easy reading and the apparatus has a locking speed knob. Rollers are easily removed for replacement by using the special tool provided with each unit. All-Position Drive facilitates the use of lightweight plastic roller bottles by ensuring rotation at each bottle station, independent of any load configurations. Bellco’s unique hex-shaped shafts prevent roller slippage for positive drive. Use of this equipment is limited to conventional laboratory mixing of roller bottles. (1 per EA )

The Bellco Bench Top Incubator was designed for the incubation of cell cultures and bacteria within laboratories where space is a premium. The instrument panel is mounted on top for easy viewing and manipulation. Glass door models allow the viewing of cultures without having to open the door limiting possible contamination problems and temperature fluctuations. The convenient interior accessory outlet allows the use of Bellco 4 and 10 Position Roller Apparatus, Rockers, Shakers and Magnetic Stirrers. The Bellco Sci-ERA Hot Shaker is a slow speed, large orbit shaker for incubation of electrophoretic gels and filter hybridization media. Stringent temperature control with a sensitivity of +/-0.1°C is useful for many biochemical assays. This Bellco design incorporates a seamless stainless steel lined temperature controlled water bath mounted on a low-profile one inch orbiting platform. The unique chamber design offers simple containment of potential spills. The chamber is completely isolated from electromechanical components. The Sci-ERA Hot Shaker has audible over-temperature alarms and built-in safety features to prevent heater burn-out. An easy-to-use microprocessor controller offers stringent temperature control. Modular units are available from 5 to 45 bottle positions and allow easy expansion with modular add-on decks. Non-modular production units come in 45 and 50 bottle positions with over 80,000 cm2 of surface area. Rollers have a key design to eliminate slipping and are easily removable for servicing of bearings. Rollers are formulated from a chemical-resistant non-slip EDPM. All units feature a solid state control with heavy-duty DC motor and analog tachometer. Non-modular production models feature rubber bumpers, handles and a slotted rear guard. Optional All Position Drives are available for use with plastic roller bottles to prevent slipping of the light-weight bottles. The Bellco Rocker Platforms provide a gentle uniform rocking motion, required for even coverage of media over mono-layer cell cultures, thereby maximizing cellular health and viability. Viral suspensions introduced onto a mono-layer of cells will yield higher virus titers. Additionally, rocker platforms are ideal for performing staining and destaining of gel and filter assays.
