The Bellco Cell Production Roller Apparatus has been designed for production of animal cells, viruses, and cell products. Modular units are available from 5 to 45 bottle positions and allow easy expansion with modular add-on decks. Non-modular production units come in 45 and 50 bottle positions with over 80,000 cm2 of surface area. Rollers have a key design to eliminate slipping and are easily removable for servicing of bearings. Rollers are formulated from a chemical-resistant non-slip EDPM. All units feature a solid state control with heavy-duty DC motor and digital display. All Position Drives are for use with plastic roller bottles to prevent slipping of the light-weight bottles. Roller Shaft Construction: Non-transferring chemical-resistant rubber rollers with key-shape. Clearance between Decks for Bottle Placement: 134 mm. Construction Material: Aluminum, enamel finish. Usable Roller Length: 51 cm. Brushless motor with controller for smooth operation and no maintenance. Easy-to-remove roller bar assembly (tool provided). Digital LCD display. The Bellco Benchtop Mini Orbital Shakers are ideal for both rigid polystyrene and flexible polyvinyl 96-well micro tube plates commonly used in cell culture, virology, immunology and serology. They are engineered to operate between the speed range of 50 to 1550 rpm and have a 100 second timer for reproducing mixing times or can be used in continuous operation. The true orbital motion results in increased mixture homogeneity compared with oscillating or vibrating shakers. The cast iron ballast eliminates walking of unit and handles allow easy movement within the laboratory. (1 per EA )

The Bellco Rocker Platforms provide a gentle uniform rocking motion, required for even coverage of media over mono-layer cell cultures, thereby maximizing cellular health and viability. Viral suspensions introduced onto a mono-layer of cells will yield higher virus titers. Additionally, rocker platforms are ideal for performing staining and destaining of gel and filter assays. They are engineered to operate between 0 to 12 oscillations per minute. Units are delivered with either a 25 x 25 cm or 51 x 51 cm tray.
