The Bellco Mini Tube Roller is a variable speed roller unit for general laboratory usage. The compact size is ideal for experimental and pilot-scale operations. Methods developed on this unit can easily be scaled up. Robustly constructed and designed for easy cleaning, with EPDM rubber rollers to assure safe positive rotating motion. The unit has 11 rollers, five of which can be removed to accommodate various bottle dimensions. When using hybridization tubes, an o-ring (A12-1067) must be fitted on the lower end to equalize the diameter of the screw cap. When alternate rollers are removed, 3 roller bottles up to 120 mm can rotate at a maximum speed of 4 rpm. (1 per EA )

The Bellco Brushless Digital Roller Drum Drive is an all purpose roller drum for blood, tissue culture, cells and virus applications. The standard speed ranges are 0.5 to 15 and 2 to 60 RPM with other speed ranges available as custom items. Four drums are available with capacity of 164 or 351 tubes of 16 mm diameters, 156 tubes of 25 mm diameter or 128 tubes for most 50 ml conical bottom centrifuge tubes. The Bellco High Torque Digital Overhead Drive is a versatile directdrive agitator for cell culture and most aseptic mixing applications. The Overhead Drives were developed to eliminate the problem of magnetic agitator decoupling often observed in large volume mixing and the stirring of solutions with a viscosity greater than water. The High Torque model is ideal for the agitation of medium to viscous liquids. The Overhead Drives feature brushless, maintenance-free DC motors with drive assemblies designed for quiet operation. The Bellco Rocker Platforms provide a gentle uniform rocking motion, required for even coverage of media over mono-layer cell cultures, thereby maximizing cellular health and viability. Viral suspensions introduced onto a mono-layer of cells will yield higher virus titers. Additionally, rocker platforms are ideal for performing staining and destaining of gel and filter assays. They are engineered to operate between 0 to 12 oscillations per minute. Units are delivered with either a 25 x 25 cm or 51 x 51 cm tray. The Bellco Benchtop Mini Orbital Shakers are ideal for both rigid polystyrene and flexible polyvinyl 96-well micro tube plates commonly used in cell culture, virology, immunology and serology. They are engineered to operate between the speed range of 50 to 1550 rpm and have a 100 second timer for reproducing mixing times or can be used in continuous operation. The true orbital motion results in increased mixture homogeneity compared with oscillating or vibrating shakers. Modular units are available from 5 to 45 bottle positions and allow easy expansion with modular add-on decks. Non-modular production units come in 45 and 50 bottle positions with over 80,000 cm2 of surface area. Rollers have a key design to eliminate slipping and are easily removable for servicing of bearings. Rollers are formulated from a chemical-resistant non-slip EDPM. All units feature a solid state control with heavy-duty DC motor and analog tachometer. Non-modular production models feature rubber bumpers, handles and a slotted rear guard. Optional All Position Drives are available for use with plastic roller bottles to prevent slipping of the light-weight bottles. The unit features a brushless DC motor and controller that operate at bottle speeds ranging from 0.3 to 9.0 rpm with the ability to select clockwise or counter clockwise direction. Four corner bumpers and two locking castors (on the front wheel positions) are also provided. Rollers are easily removed for replacement by using the special tool provided with each unit. All-Position Drive facilitates the use of lightweight plastic roller bottles by ensuring rotation at each bottle station, independent of any load configurations.
