The 40” Powered Exhaust Hood with In-Line Fan provides powerful fume control for chemical laboratories or other heavy-use of chemicals. This sturdy and reliable system uses an in-line fan to draw hazardous fumes and particulate away from the operator’s breathing zone and releases them outside. The in-line fan offers a variable speed control to adjust the fan speed from 240-700 CFM. Typical applications for this exhaust hood include evaporating large amounts of volatile chemicals, rotary evaporation, and using chemicals with a low odor threshold or with noxious fumes. The 40” Powered Exhaust Hood with In-Line Fan is constructed of all chemical resistant materials providing a durable, low maintenance, and economical fume control solution.
